The ICT Infrastructure Technician will be onsite at Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) as a valued member of the IT team, providing day-to-day Level 2 ICT technical support for all staff within the organization, along with supporting ongoing projects and ICT Operations Assurance implementations and improvements.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this opportunity:
* Industry certification such as MCP / MCSE, or a Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related field, or demonstrable extended relevant experience
* Proven ability in supporting enterprise network infrastructure, workstations, servers, and applications
* At least three years of previous ICT Level 2 equivalent experience
* Experience in ICT within the health industry is desirable
* Experience with VMWare, Commvault, Microsoft, and Citrix environments
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
