About the role
Are you passionate about Digital Transformation? Do you have knack for rolling out new core systems and guest platforms? Join our team as Project Workstream Coordinator!
This project-based role requires a solid understanding of hotel technology, distribution systems, and revenue platforms, with a hands-on approach to execution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
What to expect
Assist in coordinating the implementation of the IDeaS G3 system across multiple properties
Support integration efforts with Opera Cloud, SiteMinder multi-property, and Optix platforms
Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues
Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, meeting notes, and SOPs
Help prepare training materials and coordinate onboarding sessions for property teams
Prepare and deliver training programs, training materials, guides, SOPs and documentation for IDeaS, SiteMinder and other systems as required
Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed
Contribute to testing, validation, and troubleshooting during system rollout
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms during migration and setup
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Global Revenue Officer and other project leads across the Digital Transformation program
About you
Proven experience in revenue system implementation or hotel technology projects
Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud, SiteMinder multi-property, IDeaS G3, and Optix
Solid project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation and workflows
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in hotel revenue management or distribution is highly desirable
Excellent communication and documentation skills
