The Role
We are seeking a people-focused, compliance-driven Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer to ensure our drivers meet the highest safety and performance standards.
This full-time role reports directly to the Head of Bulk Operations, with a functional reporting line to the Head of Safety. Working closely with our business partners and customers, you will deliver training aligned with Bulk Dangerous Goods compliance and operational requirements across linehaul and local transport.
Based primarily at Kwinana, with some delivery at our Welshpool depot, you will play a key role in developing driver capability and strengthening our safety culture.
What You'll Do
* Assess and train new and existing drivers
* Deliver and develop training packages and coaching material
* Support compliance checks and auditing
* Work closely with operations to lift standards and share knowledge
* Promote safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (WHS qualification an advantage)
* MC Licence and solid driving experience
* Bulk DG Licence and experience highly valued
* Strong communicator, people-focused, safety champion
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
