This role involves collaborating with participants, parents/guardians, and stakeholders to deliver therapeutic supports and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct individualized assessments to identify suitable assessment options based on participant needs.
2. Deliver person and family-centred practice and provide neurodiversity-affirming intervention programs.
3. Analyse and share assessment results with relevant stakeholders.
4. Supervise and coach Behaviour Therapists.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in a related field.
* Active certification as a Behaviour Analyst (CBA) or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
* Professional experience working with individuals with disabilities.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* A valid driver's licence and vehicle.
