Subway Naracoorte - Store Manager
We are looking for someone who's interested in being fully responsible with the day‑to‑day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis and work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
About The Role
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store upholds our high standards which lead to a great guest experience every time. You will be dedicated to seeing the store succeed and ensuring both our guests and your team have a positive experience.
Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage day‑to‑day tasks of the store
* Provide a great training experience for onboarding team members
* Monitor stock levels and product wastage
* Managing deliveries
* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld with the store
* Rostering
* Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
Skills And Experience
* Previous leadership experience in Retail or Hospitality
* Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change
* Great communication skills
* Ability to lead a team environment
* Organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage tasks
