**What can you expect?**
This role will focus on supporting the Account Managers and Divisional Manager by providing administrative assistance and efficient frontline point of contact for member queries.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Working in a team based servicing environment, servicing WA local governments, through their protection renewals and annual protection cycle. 
- Support to Account Managers by providing high level of customer service to members. 
- Establishing, development and maintenance of long term relationships with member contacts. 
- Stewardship for the annual renewal process including timely and accurate preparation and processing of renewal declarations, asset registers, renewal reports, policy documentation, certificates of currency and all other documentations. 
- Developing and maintaining a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of protection and specialist services which the company offers to its clients. 
- General administration.
**We would like you to have**:
- Ideally, previous experience in a broking or insurance sector, but not essential. 
- Experience in administration or office related duties. 
- Ideally hold Tier 1 qualification - or be prepared to work towards. 
- Ability to work as part of a team in a great team environment. 
- Proven willingness to learn, to take on increased responsibilities and adapt to new systems quickly. 
- Clear and effective communication skills and excellent attention to detail. 
- Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team, work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and good time management skills.
