Office All-Rounder – Accounts, Administration & Compliance

We are seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Office All‑Rounder to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong administrative, accounts, and compliance coordination skills who thrives in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Administration

- Manage general administrative and reception duties
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and client communication
- Process accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on payments
- Process accounts payable and prepare supplier payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month‑end financial reporting
- Coordinate office supplies, services, and general operations

Payroll Management

- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and timesheets
- Manage PAYG, superannuation, and leave entitlements in accordance with legislation and company policies
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journals for reporting
- Generate payroll reports for management and assist with audits as required
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Fair Work, ATO, and superannuation obligations

Compliance & Project Coordination

- Coordinate with local councils for permits, development approvals, and project documentation
- Liaise with builders, contractors, and suppliers to collect, verify, and maintain WHS documentation and compliance registers
- Maintain up‑to‑date project files, insurances, and safety registers

You Will Bring

- Previous experience in an administrative and/or accounts role
- Sound understanding of accounts receivable, payable, and payroll processes
- Experience with construction or property administration (preferred)
- Familiarity with WHS documentation, compliance registers, and council processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (MYOB)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, professional, and solution‑focused attitude
