* Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues
* Knowledge of PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)
* Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments
* Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues
* Experience on Windows Imaging process using deployment method
* Experience in Data Migration tools and O365 One drive
