About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Creator to join our team on a Casual basis, working from our Newtown VIC warehouse.
This casual position requires up to 10 hours per week. We're flexible and happy to work with your availability.
This is a hands-on, creative role focused on producing, editing and posting high-quality photo and video content across our social platforms, including original content captured in-house and the effective use of user-generated content (UGC).
This position would suit a working mum or someone who currently works part time with an e commerce business seeking flexible hours in a creative, supportive and family-friendly environment.
Australian work rights are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging photo and video content for social media
* Film and photograph products for campaigns and ongoing content
* Edit content using tools such as CapCut, Canva and similar software
* Plan and schedule content across:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* TikTok
* YouTube
* Capture lifestyle, product-focused and educational content aligned with the brand
* Work directly with the founders to develop content ideas and execution

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience creating and editing social media photo and video content
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in creating social media content
* Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
* Advanced proficiency in CapCut and Canva editing software
* Experience managing and posting content across multiple social media platforms
* A strong understanding of brand-led content and visual storytelling
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and capturing real, authentic content
* There is no requirement for you to appear on camera. Our founder is comfortable being the face of the brand — we're looking for someone with strong creative and editing skills to bring the content to life
* No requirement to manage Meta Ad accounts
