Job Description:
The Marketing & Communications Manager - Funds Management plays a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for our organization. Focusing on business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives, this role encompasses campaign management, event organization, communications, and content creation to support growth objectives and enhance brand presence in the wealth management sector.
This position involves developing and executing marketing strategies to grow the business, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and communicating value propositions. The successful candidate will have extensive B2B financial services experience, especially in wealth management, with strong strategic and execution skills. They must also possess excellent communication skills and experience in creating engaging digital and print content, as well as proficiency with marketing tools, platforms, and martech stacks including CMS, CRM, and automation tools.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing seminars, webinars, and conferences; coordinating logistics; managing budgets; and evaluating event success. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is required, along with at least 8 years of B2B marketing experience within financial services or wealth management industry.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You will be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve our marketing objectives and contribute to the growth of our organization.
