About The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for our operations team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.Coach and mentor the Operations team through performance tuning, career development, and daily stand-ups to keep morale in top gear. You’ll own the performance review cycle, transforming appraisals into strategic pit stops that align individual goals with our rapid growth.Take the wheel of daily workflows and rosters, ensuring high-precision booking accuracy and keeping our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) firmly on track.Identify system pain points and implement scalable, best-practice workflows to keep us lean and efficient.Translate senior management’s roadmap into actionable plans, supporting the Operations Manager in navigating change and hitting OKR milestones.Track departmental KPIs, forecast volumes, and provide detailed reporting to key stakeholders to steer the business toward peak profitability.Monitor and manage our communication channels to ensure our partners are supported, informed and equipped for success.Take control of escalations and refine internal processes.Uphold our QA standards and take full ownership of reporting on team metrics and quality benchmarks.Live and breathe our company values and actively contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture.
