What’s the role? 
Are you a motivated, solution-focused individual with a passion for excellence? HGM are seeking a dedicated Business Services Lead to support our growing team in a broad Administration Coordination type role. This unique blended role involves assisting Senior Management and Supporting the Recruitment & mobilisation team. 
Day to Day Responsibilities: 
- Administration assistance to senior management 
- Compile and prepare business and operational reports 
- Organise and prepare documents such as presentations, proposals and assistance in tender preparation 
- Coordinate workflow of business service teams 
- Preparation and distribution of agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings, including board meetings, subcommittees, and taskforces 
- Attendance at scheduled Leadership, subcommittee and events, all scheduled in advance 
- Manage internal security and business registers 
- Continuously seeking business, process, and efficiency improvements across our team and operations 
- Complete business process audits and compilation of GAP reports 
- Ensuring consistent safe work environment and practices 
- Coordinate HGM Social investment and engagement program 
Requirements: 
- To succeed in this role, you will need to be organised, have a positive outlook with great attention to detail, have previous experience in providing administrative support at an executive level in a growing and diverse organisation. 
- Be confident in adapting to meet the needs of others and the ever changing and evolving world around us including new systems, technology and business practices. 
- Be confident in providing administrative support and take pride in your attention to detail and timely execution. 
- Highly regarded will be; 
- Previous Experience in a Mining and or Recruitment company 
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a project coordination role 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with executives, team members, and external stakeholders 
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information 
- Attentiveness to detail to ensure accuracy in project planning and execution
