About the Opportunity
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Collision Production/Workshop Managers to join our high-performing AMA Collision teams. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our repair centres — ensuring accurate repair methods, quality control, and adherence to estimates.
You'll play a key leadership role, supporting the Centre Manager while guiding, mentoring, and developing our production teams. What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines
* A solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
