Key Responsibilities
You will deliver high-level support to senior leaders, including calendar and event management.
* Respond as the first point of contact to enquiries that pertain to senior leaders, requiring an excellent working knowledge of the organisation.
* Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide executive support.
* Prioritise a diverse range of tasks supporting multiple events, operations, and projects undertaken by various teams.
* Process finance requests and payments such as invoices and reimbursements.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Organisation: Strong experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant with the ability to liaise and coordinate meetings and events.
* Administrative Skills: High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in office management.
* Interpersonal Skills: Capacity to establish and maintain positive working relationships within a team environment and with stakeholders across levels.
* Information Management: Consistent adherence to maintaining confidentiality and appropriately handling sensitive data.
* Financial Administration: Coordinates management of reimbursement and reconciliation of invoices and credit cards.
This role requires strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage complex schedules and coordinate key initiatives.
