Disability Service Manager - Ovens Murray
The Disability Area Manager-Ovens Murray is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disabilities in the Ovens Murray region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver safe, high-quality services to customers.
* Drive standards, capability, and key performance measures to ensure excellent outcomes for customers.
* Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, including customers, families, staff, and sector partners.
* Manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, safeguarding, and customer goals.
* Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, or Social Services, or equivalent skills and experience.
* Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
