Store Assistant at ALDI – About the Role
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. No retail experience is required.
Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores and keep our stores running by:
- Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile
- Keeping shelves stocked so customers can find their favourites
- Managing stock to ensure products are in date and priced correctly
- Creating eye‐catching displays of ALDI special buys
- Maintaining a tidy, organised and welcoming store environment
Work Hours & Pay
Hourly rate of $29.04 + shift allowances.
Average of 15 hours per week, permanent part‐time positions with paid leave, parental leave, sick leave and other benefits.

Schedule
Stores are open every day, including weekends and holidays. We require flexibility to cover a range of shifts.
