Responsibilities
* Assisting & running debt recovery & enforcement processes
* Preparing for hearings, mediations & negotiations
* Court appearances & mediation assisting
* Advising on compliance & risk management
* Drafting legal documentation
* Property enforcement & insolvency
If you are a litigation lawyer with 3-6 years PQE and are looking for an in-house opportunity, then this role is for you. If you have great communication and drafting skills and are looking to work in a friendly team with an ability to advise executives, then please apply.
