Senior Project Manager (HCS)
Job Summary / Overview: This role is responsible for delivering a complex infrastructure program with a focus on high capacity signalling integration. Acting as the key liaison across stakeholders, the position ensures alignment, governance and successful project outcomes. The role plays a critical part in managing delivery across multiple workstreams in a high‐risk environment. This role serves as the single point of contact for key Government and company stakeholders and works closely with PT and Nokia Project Directors and Commercial Managers to communicate appropriately and issue contractual notices.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
* Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams
* Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations and milestones
* Facilitate progress meetings and stakeholder workshops
* Manage change processes including variations and scope adjustments
* Oversee project cost and revenue forecasting
* Monitor project progress against deliverables
* Provide reporting and escalation management
* Manage senior stakeholder expectations
* Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
* Degree qualification or equivalent experience
* Project Management certification, preferably PMP
* Essential to have Radio and Transmission telecommunication site-based rollout experience
* Extensive experience in complex project environments
* Minimum 10 Years Project Management Experience
* Rail industry experience beneficial
