End-to-end recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health staff. Premium experience: Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates at every stage, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for healthcare roles. Trusted advisor: build a long-term, value-driven relationships with healthcare clients and candidates. Sourcing strategies: Tap into multiple sourcing strategies—job boards, social media, events, networking—to connect with top healthcare talent. Industry insights: Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, nursing shortages, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance. Safety and excellence: Promote safe work practices and deliver with service excellence in the healthcare environment. What You Bring: A strong background in sales, business development, or client management —healthcare exposure a bonus. A natural ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients. Fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
