_Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Hobart Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which will include working weekends. _**Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!**_

**About the role**
Primary responsibilities include:
- Customer Service at Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rental
- Vehicle detailing and driving of cars between locations

- Adaptive verbal and written communication
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a quick-paced environment
- Flexible with willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
