Custodial Technology Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a Custodial Technology Support Specialist to provide critical technical assistance at Barwon Prisons Precinct.
* Offer comprehensive support relating to in-cell technology.
* Collaborate with prison site staff to deliver an integrated, whole of justice approach to reduce re-offending.
* Lead the development of digital access initiatives and contribute to policy and procedural updates.
* Support Advanced Users and site staff in navigating our software platform.
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated commitment to working with staff, prisoners, and other service providers.
* Experience in providing technical support in an IT environment with sound troubleshooting skills.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
* Able to work in accordance with legislation and policy.
