Details: As part of the Education ICT Software and Licensing Team, the ICT Support Officer acts as the intermediary between the Education Directorate clients, DDTS technical teams, project teams and vendors regarding, purchasing, licensing, packaging, testing, upgrading and compatibility of software applications requested by the Education Directorate, Education Support Office, and ACT Public Schools. The ICT Support Officer provides Software and Licensing related advice and guidance, as well as ensuring consistency of service delivery by prioritising, managing, and actioning workflows and supporting the team to achieve deliverables in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.
