About the Role:
We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team. New grads will receive strong supervision and support, while experienced OTs will have opportunities to lead and mentor.
Enjoy a varied caseload across the lifespan, including developmental and acquired disabilities. Build your skills in functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescription, home modifications, and general therapy.
Provide person-centred, evidence-based therapy to clients with diverse needs, tailoring interventions to support their unique goals.
Conduct detailed assessments and collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
Maintain accurate and compliant records while delivering high-quality services that meet industry standards.

About You:
You are an Occupational Therapist who is passionate and looking for a supportive work environment and opportunities for independent work.
We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands‑on guidance to help you build confidence and expertise.
A tertiary qualification inOccupational Therapy andAHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain AHPRA registration).
A current driver's licence, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A passion for improving the lives of paediatric and adult clients through meaningful therapeutic interventions.
A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
