Corporate Services Representative
This is a high-profile role within our organisation, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and visitors across all corporate sites.
The successful candidate will be based at our Sydney Corporate Office and work on-site 5 days per week, providing a wide range of services including reception, switchboard operations, and maintenance management.
1. Reception services: greeting visitors, contractors, and employees professionally, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily activities.
2. Switchboard and phone line management: answering queries, escalating issues as necessary, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Email inbox management: responding to enquiries, triaging, and escalating when required.
4. New starter induction tours: leading guided tours of the office for new employees and visitors.
5. Security access management: accurately managing and maintaining security access for all employees and visitors.
6. CCTV monitoring: awareness and monitoring of CCTV systems, reporting any issues to the Security Manager.
7. Office floor walks: completing regular checks for maintenance issues, logging these with our Facilities Helpdesk.
8. Office consumables: managing orders and delivery of stationery, kitchen supplies, and other essentials.
9. Incoming/outgoing mail services: accurately managing business mail, meeting deadlines where applicable.
10. Meeting room setups: arranging room configurations and events, ensuring timely completion.
11. Catering and event management: receiving and delivering catering orders, providing water service in external meeting rooms.
12. New starter onboarding: managing the process from photo capture to locker allocation.
13. Terminated employee offboarding: following up on unreturned/uncollected items as needed.
14. Locker and team storage management: allocating and tracking lockers and team storage spaces.
15. Remote support: providing assistance to other AGL sites without an on-site presence.
16. Process documentation: creating and maintaining written team processes to a high standard.
17. Data accuracy: maintaining live spreadsheets and forms used in internal processes.
18. Broad Property Team support: assisting with signage, building relocations, employee education, and contractor liaison tasks.
19. Business improvement initiatives: generating and contributing ideas to enhance the Workplace Services function.
