The Opportunity
If you enjoy variety, this role is for you. Working at our landfill, no two days will be the same, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress to operating some of our machinery over time.
* Undertake various tasks across the site
* Dust control, Odour control, Litter management and onsite maintenance
* Assist team members, contractors, and customers
* Ability to work in all weather conditions to maintain the operating conditions as required
* $35.77 + potential OT
* Mon-Fri Dayshift
* Permanent position, Lucas Heights
About You
* Previous experience within the landfill/waste industry is highly regarded
* Forklift licence would be handy!
* HR Licence desirable
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good communication skills
* Ability to think ahead, outside the box & problem solve
* Ability to work autonomously and a part of a team
