We're currently delivering a major Western Power project in Neerabup and are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our site team.This is a full-time permanent role working 55 hours per week (10 hrs Mon–Fri + 5 hrs Sat as required), offering an attractive salary with a 15% uplift on base.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things admin on site contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
You'll support the project team with:SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, goods receipting, journals and queriesManaging training matrix and booking inductions/trainingReceipting invoices and coordinating deliveriesTaking meeting minutes and preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly)Managing subcontractor site accessGeneral office support and documentation managementAbout YouYou're a confident multitasker who thrives in a quick-paced site environment.
