About this role
CareChoice are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Shepparton. As a passionate and reliable Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Participants.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with our Participants. We are looking for Support Workers who are experienced in supporting individuals with complex behaviours of concern.
Responsibilities
* Providing quality care services to our Participants
* Implementing behavioural strategy supports to enable independence and confidence
* Building strong relationships with our Participants and their families
* Working collaboratively with the CareChoice team to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Certificate IV in Disability or similar
* Minimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirements
* Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
