This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience in retail or healthcare, particularly those who have held Assistant Store Manager or higher positions.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, collaborate closely with optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop effective selling and customer service skills among store team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operation of our retail division
* Collaborate with optometrists to provide superior customer care
* Coach and mentor staff on sales and customer service techniques
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position
* Able to demonstrate expertise in managing budgets and scheduling staff according to local labor laws
* Organized and able to think critically
* Effective decision-making skills
