As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods. You will also be required to assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales, maintain safety processes, and assist with merchandise campaign material.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment, load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of rural merchandise. You will need to have experience working within a sales environment, effective written and verbal communications skills, problem solving skills, and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, are also essential. A current driver's license and forklift ticket are required.
