This role involves working closely with hiring managers, navigating compliance-heavy processes and managing payroll and reporting.
* Nurture strong client relationships to ensure services align with their needs.
* Recruit and select candidates to maintain a strong talent pool.
* Oversee workforce planning and scheduling using relevant tools.
* Ensure compliance with administrative procedures for both clients and temp workers.
* Generate and manage reports to track performance and workforce efficiency.
* A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience managing a temp workforce.
* A passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
* Process driven with strong administrative skills.
* Confident working independently and self-motivated.
* Communicates clearly and transparently with the client regarding services offered.
* The ability to pass a federal police check (Aus PR or Aus Citizen).
