Westelec Industries has an opening for an Administration Officer to join our team for an immediate start.
As an Administration Officer you will play a key role in supporting our internal team and ensuring efficient organisational processes. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven administration knowledge who brings great customer service skills and shows initiative in their approach.
This is a residential position to be based our Bunbury Office. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and capabilities to apply.
Qualifications and Experience
* Basic administrative duties, i.e., reception, office maintenance, mailing
* Coordination of personnel mobilisation for internal onboarding and project commencements, inclusive of arranging travel requirements.
* Support document control processes, including document numbering, version control, and distribution.
* Ability to conduct and/or support regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality as needed.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications (advantageous)
* Payroll Administration Experience
* ISO internal document control/administration
* Familiarity with Xero, SimPRO, and Microsoft Office
* Valid Driver's Licence
