This is a part-time on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent located in Ballarat, VIC. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with rental inquiries, processing rental agreements, handling payment transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also be required to manage inventory, conduct vehicle inspections, and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of rental vehicles. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer complaints, managing returns, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in handling payment transactions and processing agreements
Experience in inventory management and conducting inspections
Ability to manage complaints and collaborate with the team
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Prior experience in the rental industry or sales is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
