About the Role
You will work within DSTG's Research and Development (R&D) department, contributing to groundbreaking research supporting guided weapons prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake Explosive Ordnance (EO) processing, including mixing and casting.
* Prepare inert and energetic ingredients for testing and prototyping.
* Maintain laboratories and manufacturing equipment to ensure operational readiness.
* Ensure compliance documentation and risk assessments are current, managing safety standards for hazardous chemicals.
* Assist in reviewing and preparing risk assessments and process documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience with explosive materials and laboratory environments.
* Ability to manage and adhere to safety protocols.
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory for security clearance requirements).
