We're now looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join the team.

What you'll be doing
* Managing social media accounts across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for a portfolio of clients
* Planning and maintaining strategic content calendars and social media grid planning
* Creating engaging content including graphics, captions and short-form video (Reels)
* Editing video content optimised for social media performance
* Managing community engagement by responding to comments, messages and interactions
* Planning and executing paid social campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager
* Building and optimising audiences, creatives and campaign performance
* Managing email marketing campaigns including campaign setup, scheduling and performance monitoring
* Analysing campaign performance across social and email channels and identifying opportunities to improve results
* Staying ahead of platform updates, social trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role
* Strong understanding of Meta platforms and Ads Manager
* Experience running and optimising digital campaigns
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
