About the Role
* Track and maintain project documentation status for the project team.
* Prepare and update project documentation performance metrics.
* Ensure all documents are quality reviewed and revised changes are recorded in the Document Management System.
* Follow up document authors to ensure document approvals are completed on time.
* Complete administrative requirements to add training to new project employee profiles.
* Create project purchase requisitions and receipts in SAP.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications highly desirable.
* Sound experience with reviewing, scanning, and control of all documents within a large project environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Sound MS Office Skills and document management system expertise.
* Ability to liaise at all levels.
