The Opportunity
Our Women Upfront Trainee Bus Driver program offers you the support and training you need to become a licensed and confident bus driver. This includes:
- A friendly and supportive environment
- A three-week induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training
- A Medium Rigid (MR) license and State Driving Authority
Positions: Permanant Part-time
Location: Marcoola
Training: You will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work including safe driving practices.
With a strong focus on customer service and providing a safe journey for our passengers, our bus drivers are fully trained to play a vital part in all facets of customer service, ticket sales and a range of bus services including general routes, charters and special events driving.

- Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with the public
- A current ‘C Class’ driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment functional and drug and alcohol clearance
