Wellness Concierge
As a Wellness Concierge, you are more than the first face our guests see – you are a trusted guide for their wellness journey. From confidently managing bookings to suggesting rituals and treatments, you help shape each guest's experience with clarity, warmth, and intuition.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Greet guests with heart and presence – you'll be the first and final energy they feel
* Confidently manage our booking system – taking calls, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries with clarity and kindness
* Offer thoughtful suggestions to help guests curate their ideal wellness experience – from treatment pairings to bathhouse rituals
* Provide post-treatment product assistance following Alchemy Spa sessions, supporting guests in integrating their experience through curated retail
* Support transitions between bookings and ensure every area remains clean, calm, and beautifully presented
* Assist with opening and closing rituals – preparing serene spaces in the morning and restoring the bathhouse with care at day's end
* Embody quiet confidence – intuitively offering help when needed to enhance the guest experience
SOL Stewards
As a SOL Steward, your role is to hold the flow of the bathhouse experience once guests have entered the space. You'll be the quiet presence maintaining the beauty, cleanliness, and seamless rhythm that allows guests to fully drop in. From replenishing organic amenities to resetting sacred spaces, you are the invisible thread keeping the sanctuary in harmony.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Act as a behind-the-scenes guardian of flow – ensuring everything runs smoothly, seamlessly
* Maintain the serenity and presentation of all communal spaces – Tend to the fire-pit, replenish tea stations, Earth Lab scrubs, towels, and organic amenities in alignment with our rituals and ethos
* Reset Floatation Caves and Secluded Suites between sessions – restocking drinks, robes, and towels with precision and care
* Monitor the overall ambiance – adjusting lighting, scent, and music to ensure a harmonious sensory experience across all zones
* Ensure guests feel safe, supported, and held through your calm presence and intuitive attention
* Bring a meticulous eye for detail – noticing and tending to the subtle elements that elevate the guest experience
Who You Are:
* Grounded, thoughtful, and professional – someone who moves with care and intention
* Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a serene, guest-facing or sensory-focused space
* Passionate about wellness, design, ritual-based experiences, or conscious hospitality
* Flexible with availability (including weekends, evenings, and mornings across our roster)
* Bonus if you've worked in a luxury spa, wellness, or boutique hospitality environment
