Key Responsibilities
* On-the-job training with support from experienced colleagues
* Operating various types of heavy equipment such as Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers, Backhoes, and Tractors
* Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of machinery through regular checks and maintenance
* Performing daily cleaning and lubricating tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment
Requirements
* At least one year of experience operating heavy machinery or similar equipment
* A current driver's licence
* A Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Strong physical ability and good hand-eye coordination
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
