About the Role
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse staff
* Strategically manage site operations, including pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer-specific testing work
* Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners through effective communication and collaboration
* Regularly visit customer sites to identify opportunities for improvement, provide best practice advice, and deliver technical solutions
* Drive employee engagement and development through feedback, data analysis, and action planning
* Ensure a safe working environment by managing safety objectives, training staff, and reporting to senior leaders
Key Requirements
* Proven leadership and management experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve efficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
