The Associate Indirect Sales Manager plays a key role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC's business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
* Leverage AI‐driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
* Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
* Communicate clearly and confidently, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
* Have used AI‐powered sales tools confidently to improve productivity, personalize engagements, and operate efficiently in a modern sales environment.
* Have experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the technology or software industry.
* Possess strong relationship‐building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
* Have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* Be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Have a results‐driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
* Be adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
