Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with our national framework
* Manage your contacts and projects using our CRM tools
* Drive growth across key texture coating categories
* Develop a strong local project pipeline in your territory
* Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives
* Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations

Skills & Experience
* Experience in business development, ideally in a similar industry
* Confidence using CRM and planning tools
* A track record of growing products or services in a sales environment
* A commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
