The Role
* Lead and motivate a high-performing residential sales team to achieve targets
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes and compliance
* Drive sales strategies and monitor performance metrics for growth
* Support agents in delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving issues
* Coordinate training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge
* Prepare and analyse reports to inform decision-making and improve results
The successful Candidate
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
* Prior Real Estate experience in a similar role
* IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
