Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Specialist to deliver exceptional inventory management services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and cataloguing requirements across multiple mine sites.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in inventory management, preferably within the resources sector. They will possess strong knowledge of Pronto and SAP, as well as advanced Excel skills for data validation, stock movement analysis and reporting.
* Process all applications for new stock items.
* Standardize catalogue descriptions, master data, and inventory classification.
* Upload and maintain catalogue and inventory details on the Pronto ERP system.
* Manage daily and weekly site replenishment processes.
* Identify and address material duplication, standardizing like items across multiple mine sites.
* Report on inventory status based on valuation, classification, usage, stockouts, and where used.
Key Requirements
* 10 years' experience in supply chain management.
* 5 years' experience in inventory management.
* Diploma in supply chain management or equivalent.
* Mine site operational knowledge.
* Current 'C' Class Driver's License.
