Food Services Assistant - Full Time & Part Time
Northern Beaches Hospital Food Service departments are looking to employ Full & Part time Food Services Assistants to join their busy department ASAP. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the preparation of food trays for patient consumption
2. Deliver, serve, and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays according to established meal schedules
3. Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
4. Clean and sanitize food service equipment following hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards
Selection Criteria:
1. Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (or willing to attain)
2. Experience in Healthcare Food Services
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early, late, and weekends
5. No working holiday visa accepted
