This is a hybrid position primarily based in Abbotsford. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office following successful completion of probation, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. Some of your key responsibilities may include

• Identify and support customers with complex needs and refer them to appropriate support services
• Drive customer satisfaction through provision of quality service to our internal and external clients
• Actively participate in team discussions, meetings, and other team forums to impart knowledge and ideas that result in team decisions
• Be engaged in own development and identify areas for improvement
• Continuously look for improvement opportunities to improve productivity, quality and timely production for each service provided
