PERMANENT | WA-BASED | GREENFIELDS MEGA PROJECT
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Environment, Heritage & Compliance Advisor to join one of Western Australia's largest new greenfields mining developments, supporting the project from FEED through construction and into operations.
This is a clean-slate role offering genuine ownership, influence and long-term career growth. You'll play a key role in establishing and uplifting environmental, heritage and compliance systems on a high-profile, fast-moving project.
THE OPPORTUNITY
* Work across the full project lifecycle on a major greenfields development
* Build and uplift environmental, heritage and compliance systems from the ground up
* High-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and executives
* WA-based permanent role with site exposure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establish and manage environmental, heritage and compliance frameworks
* Coordinate and support field surveys and onsite activities, including conservation programs
* Own compliance obligations across FEED, design, construction and operations
* Build internal capability and embed practical systems across the project team
* Deliver clear, accurate reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
You bring a strong mix of onsite experience, technical capability and a collaborative mindset, and you're comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic project environment.
YOU WILL HAVE
* Minimum 2+ years onsite environmental/compliance experience
* Strong knowledge of WA environmental and regulatory requirements
* Experience supporting field surveys and site-based delivery
HIGHLY REGARDED
* Greenfields mining or major project experience
* Conservation or biodiversity survey exposure
