About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting daily administrative and operational tasks.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing general receptionist duties such as greeting customers and handling incoming communications
Providing friendly and efficient customer service both in person and over the phone
Responding to emails, preparing quotes, and supporting basic sales enquiries
Supporting access coordination and general administrative operations
Managing stock levels and placing orders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Some previous experience in a reception or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
A friendly and professional manner with a customer-first approach
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and email platforms
Strong communication and organisational skills
