As Executive Assistant Manager (2IC), you'll work closely with our General Manager to oversee all facets of hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

* Heritage-listed property, opened in 2014
* 147 rooms and suites
* Chifley's Bar & Grill & Whisky Bar
* Multi-award-winning wedding venue (national & state awards since 2020)
* 6 unique conference & event spaces for up to 200 guests
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
* Drive revenue strategies and financial performance
* Support department heads in delivering seamless service
* Ensure food safety and quality standards
* Lead Conference & Events success and innovation
* Manage rosters and cost-effective staffing
About You:
* 2+ years senior hotel leadership experience in Rooms, Operations or Front Office
* Strong understanding of full-service hotel operations
* Commercially savvy with a passion for hospitality
* Hands-on leadership style and excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in PMS/POS (Protel, Micros desirable)
* RSA & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia without sponsorship
