Main Responsibilities:
1. **Revenue Growth Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, focusing on maximizing yield opportunities and driving sales revenue.
2. **Team Leadership:** Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
3. **Account Management:** Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and accounts, identifying new business opportunities and converting competitors' business into our own.
4. **Market Intelligence:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, using this knowledge to inform commercial decisions and maximize revenue opportunities.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including marketing and event sales, to develop promotional opportunities and ensure efficient communication between teams.

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar hotel sales role
