Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for two professionals to join dedicated substance misuse services across Tamworth and Stafford.
The successful candidates will provide harm reduction advice relating to safer drug use, overdose prevention, and blood-borne virus risk reduction. They will also assist nurse prescribers during prescribing clinics and deliver structured psychosocial interventions.
Furthermore, the Recovery Workers will facilitate group sessions and provide needle exchange services to promote safe practices. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to address safeguarding, mental health needs, and risk management.
This role is ideal for compassionate and proactive professionals committed to harm reduction, psychosocial support, and empowering service users towards healthier lifestyles.
